A word in Martha's "bio" on this sight sticks out for me in regards to my experience in selling my home and that word is tenacious. She was a rock for me, particularly at the times when things went south, which happens sometimes when selling houses. I started to weaken and wanted to start reducing my asking price but Martha convinced me to sit tight and wait for the right family to come along, which they finally did. Our experience with Martha , Rick , and her team was honestly way easier than expected. After seeing everything involved I really see now see the importance of working with people you trust. So many papers signed , so many questions asked you kinda want to be comfortable with your agent. On top of that we actually have been back and forth for 3 years , I respect anyone who still try’s to help after so much time has past.
